What You Will DoContent Execution- Plan and execute daily TikTok content
- Turn ideas into filmed and edited output quickly
- Jump on trends and adapt them to brands
- Maintain consistent content volume
- Create content designed to:
- Stop the scroll
- Drive engagement
- Go viral
- Test multiple hooks and formats
- Iterate quickly based on performance
- Manage TikTok accounts day-to-day
- Schedule, post and optimise content
- Engage with comments and community
- Support live content and campaigns
- Bring ideas proactively
- Spot trends early and act fast
- Think about content from a user perspective
- Balance brand with entertainment
- Track what content is working
- Learn from wins and losses
- Feed insights back into content creation

RequirementsEssential
- Experience creating TikTok content (personal or brand)
- Strong understanding of what makes content go viral
- Confident filming and editing
- Ability to produce high volumes of content
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience with TikTok Shop
- Experience in fashion, beauty or lifestyle
- On-camera confidence
