We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join our Creative/ Communications department in our London Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.


This is an exciting, impactful opportunity for a versatile, self-starting, creative tastemaker, to lead our social media presence end-to-end. The right candidate will be well-connected, with a strong interest in fashion and a curiosity for all things social media. Have a minimum 3+ years experience in digital marketing for fashion and/or ecommerce brands is essential, along with a strong understanding of social media best practices, excellent copy-writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling.


The successful Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and overseeing a creative, data-led content strategy for media channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok.


Develop captivating social media campaigns and content that create engagement with our global community and manage all social media activity day-to-day day basis.


Drive traffic, conversations and brand engagement across all channels, working closely with our wider Communications and Digital teams.



Main duties and responsibilities include: 


  • Work closely with the Director of Brand & Communications to define and implement the company’s social strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and business goals
  • Work with team members to brief and oversee the production of social assets with the inhouse creative team and/or external videographers and production teams
  • Develop organic social media plans, campaigns, activations and tactics to support marketing stories, new product launches, key stakeholder profiles and cultural moments
  • Own and manage the social media calendar and how this feeds into the brand’s trade calendar
  • Schedule and upload posts across all customer facing platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Pinterest)
  • Drive, monitor and respond to engagement with our online community in line with brand personality and TOV
  • Strategically manage community relationships, to increase our following and engagement levels.
  • Conduct social media listening and monitoring to understand sentiment, optimise channels and improve the success of plans using appropriate analytics tools
  • Deliver innovation by exploring new features of existing platforms and / or expanding to new platforms opportunities
  • Create best practices and guidelines for relevant teams
  • Build and present regular reports and competitor analysis to key stakeholders
  • Be a constant champion for social media in the business and what that means for other areas
  • Ensure all social output is on brand and complies with tone of voice and brand guidelines
  • Manage the social media budget
  • Collaborate and work with international partners for Agent Provocateur Marketplace
  • Work closely with the VIP & Events manager, to develop a considered strategy VIPs & influencers, to include gifting, relationship building, organic content and UGC
  • Monitor and manage all influencer / UGC content
  • Work closely with the VIP & Events manager and PR Manager, to develop a well-rounded, impactful communications strategy for the brand
