ThinkMarkets is seeking a data-driven Head of social media to join our rapidly growing global workforce. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the Marketing team as the owner of our social media strategy, the external brand voice across social platforms, and lead creation for a wide range of on and offline content. Overall, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy that will align with the goals and objectives of the business and establish best practices principles.

Key Responsibilities:  

Strategy and Leadership 

  • Develop and implement the global and regional social media strategy including channels, messaging, workflows and ownership. 
  • Create a structured framework for content production, localization, approvals and performance tracking. 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to ensure timely and relevant content. 

Content and Campaign Ownership 

  • Oversee content creation and distribution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant platforms. 
  •  Maintain strategic and tactical social media calendars with consistent brand tone and localized messaging. 
  • Review and approve content at planning, development and in-campaign stages to ensure quality and compliance. 

Community, Influencer and Reputation Management 

  • Build and manage teams focused on community and influencer marketing. 
  • Oversee active engagement with audiences including responses to public and private messages. 
  • Monitor brand mentions, sentiment and community trends to support reputation management. 

Data and Performance 

  • Set, track and optimize KPIs for organic posts, paid social and influencer activity. 
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with analysis and actionable recommendations. 
  • Evaluate new platforms, tools and formats through structured testing and data insights. 

 Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Product, Compliance and regional teams to deliver aligned and timely messaging. 
  • Coordinate with external agencies, creators and vendors when required. 

 Requirements: 

  • Strong command of English. Additional languages are an advantage. 
  • Proven experience managing social media for international markets. 
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, platform behaviours and audience growth. 
  • Experience in community management and influencer programs. 
  • Knowledge of digital and mobile marketing techniques. 
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce brand consistency. 
  • Highly collaborative and able to build strong internal and external relationships. 

Preferred: 

  • Agency experience. 
  • Experience in financial services, fintech or regulated industries. 
  • Experience working with multicultural and international teams.
