We’re looking for a creator who can stop the scroll without tricks — with ideas that land. Someone who can shoot, edit, write, publish, and iterate. Someone who knows when to move fast because the moment matters, and when to slow down because the idea deserves more care.

At YouGov, you’ll have something most brands don’t: a constant stream of genuinely interesting material.

Your job is to turn that reality into organic social content that grabs attention, builds the right audience, and earns engagement. LinkedIn is the priority, but not the limit.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

Create (end-to-end)

  • Turn campaigns, reports, product launches, and brand moments into social-first content people want to watch and share
  • Write strong hooks, scripts, and captions that make insight feel real
  • Film, edit, publish, and iterate yourself — you’re hands-on and independent

Make us faster (and more relevant)

  • Spot opportunities in the news cycle, culture, and business conversation — and ship content quickly enough to matter
  • Work with the Brand Lead to push a more challenging, confident tone on LinkedIn
  • Help connect organic and paid: flag what’s worth boosting and share learnings both ways

Build formats people come back for

  • Create repeatable series and formats that make YouGov recognisable and scalable
  • Experiment with style, pacing, structure, and creative treatment to raise the quality bar over time

Bring “reality” to life

  • Make the work feel human, not just data-led — real voices, real perspectives, real moments
  • Pull content out of internal experts and spokespeople and shape it into social-first storytelling
  • Keep the focus on growing YouGov’s owned channels

Keep two tracks moving

  • Balance reactive, day-to-day content with longer-term projects and campaign moments
  • Plan flexibly — guided by what’s happening in the world and what’s performing, not a rigid content calendar

Measure impact

  • Track what’s landing and why (reach, engagement quality, click-through)
  • Use those insights to improve quickly and move audiences closer to becoming clients

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • 4+ years creating and managing organic social content (B2B experience strongly preferred)
  • Deep LinkedIn experience — you understand how it actually works
  • Strong video skills: you can shoot and edit yourself, and you enjoy making the work
  • Excellent writing and storytelling instincts — you can make complex topics feel clear and sharp
  • A genuine feel for internet and social culture (you don’t need to be told what’s trending)
  • The ability to work independently, move fast, and prioritise without dropping quality
  • Confidence collaborating with brand, comms, and campaign teams — and pulling usable content out of busy stakeholders
