Sabre is looking for a social media manager that loves a plan, loves to collaborate and knows how to execute. We are in the middle of a shift in how we market, guided by a new senior team that places weight on both brand building and sales activation.

The ideal candidate digs into objectives, positioning and audience behavior before moving to tactics. You will shape your own ideas, and you will also unlock the creative strength of the wider marketing team.

This role sits at the heart of how Sabre engages audiences across brand stories, thought leadership and platform messaging.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing a killer social media strategy, with daily content shaped for each channel.

  • Manage the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X and Facebook. Clarify priorities and approach by channel.

  • Build and deliver social media campaigns in response to briefs from campaign managers.

  • Respond quickly to comments, mentions and shares to keep conversations active and positive.

  • Sometimes copywriting, sometimes optimizing copy from elsewhere, and ensure all content aligns with brand tone of voice and positioning.

  • Work closely with in-house videographers, designers and campaign teams to produce high quality content.

  • Create and roll out an employee and user generated content plan for Sabre.

  • Attend key events, or direct local event teams, to capture content built to perform on social.

  • Produce regular reports and insights for marketing and creative teams, linking performance back to objectives, positioning and targeting. Optimize for reach, engagement, video performance and content effectiveness.

  • Use data and insight to spot what lands with our target customers and adjust content accordingly.

  • Partner with PR, People and Internal Comms to ensure consistent stories across all channels.

Who we are looking for in this role:

  • Experience in B2C or B2B social media roles that delivered highly engaging content.

  • 7+ years in marketing, with a minimum of 2+ years in a dedicated social media manager role

  • Experience as Social Media specialist with tech brands, with a genuine enthusiasm and interest in technology or SaaS industries and brands

  • Experience in building and executing social strategies for marketing campaigns

  • Hands-on experience managing daily social activity. Comfortable with content calendars, project management tools and briefing creators. Confident measuring performance.

  • Fluency in English with strong writing skills.
