Description

We have a great new role to help grow our social media accounts with a mix of paid and organic content including influencer marketing. You will be coming up with exciting, on trend, content ideas and working closely with our Campaign Management and Creative teams to bring those ideas to life. You will work with brands such as Coca Cola, Superdrug, Boots, Nestle, Tesco, Mondelez, using social media to drive awareness and revenue growth as well as moderating and encouraging communities' discussions. You’ll be working in a fun, passionate and growing team and get exposure to lots of different types of brand activations.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Planning and producing social media content across all channels to meet client briefs and proactively researching the latest trends and techniques.
  • Presenting and discussing social media campaign strategies with client-facing teams.
  • Finding, fostering, and strengthening relationships with key influencers within the community.
  • Work with the Talent Management team to source and brief influencers; oversee the suitability of influencers and take ownership of managing and executing influencer campaigns.
  • Create assets and work with Creative to ensure production alignment with client/creative objectives.
  • Working with our Campaign Management and Creative teams to ensure coordination of objectives and deliverables of social requirements
  • Adhere to social media best practices and optimise creativity based on algorithm changes.
  • Source and brief assets, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility and sign-off.
  • Ensure correct delivery in an optimal timeframe of digital assets created internally or by freelancers
  • Tracking and reporting on campaigns; identifying learnings and making suggestions to achieve higher ROI on KPIs

Requirements

We want you to have:

  • About 1 years’ experience working with an agency or brand with responsibility for planning and delivering social campaigns.
  • Ideally experience working with FMCG, beauty or retailers
  • Ability to come up with quirky out of box of ideas and a passion for keeping on top of trends
  • Strong understanding of all social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest YouTube and Twitter.
  • Experience assisting a content team to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Experience working with influencers of all levels on campaigns
  • Experience working with all paid social marketing.
  • Very detailed orientated with excellent organisation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within and across departments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Understanding of Photoshop, Canva or other editing software to amend visuals.
  • Able to work flexibly across the week with some weekend and out of the usual office hours (time in lieu provided)
