As a Social Media Executive, you'll:

• Plan and deliver engaging, social-first content across TikTok and Instagram. 
• Create compelling content for Myprotein’s fitness, lifestyle and activewear communities, including short-form video, imagery and text. 
• Capture and produce social content on shoots with ambassadors and creators, from phone-shot content to briefing videographers on larger productions. 
• Edit and optimise video and visual content for performance across each social platform. 
• Collaborate with marketing, content and influencer teams to support integrated campaigns and ambassador activations. 
• Manage day-to-day social media publishing schedules and campaign execution. 
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and emerging creators across the fitness and activewear space. 
• Identify opportunities to grow Myprotein’s social reach through new influencers, partnerships and platforms. 
• Analyse social media performance metrics and KPIs to optimise content and engagement. 
• Manage social media communities and respond to customer enquiries and feedback. 
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools and best practices to keep Myprotein at the forefront of digital and social innovation. 

What skills and experience do i need for this role?

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.  
• Proven experience in a social media role, ideally within fitness, sports, activewear, fashion or lifestyle brands. 
• Expertise in social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
• Excellent communication and writing skills. 
• Proficiency in Adobe suite, including Capcut.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.   
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.   
• Experience using third party publishing and analytics tools.
• A knowledge of the brand and passion for health, fitness, activewear and nutrition – especially in weight lifting and hybrid training - is a plus.
