TL;DR

  • We're on the lookout for a social media manager to drive Customuse's user growth through influencer marketing. The ideal candidate can both create content and scale successful creator partnerships, turning insights from hands-on testing into install-driving campaigns. Build and own influencer growth from the ground up at a fast-growing 3D design platform (8M+ users).

✨ What you’ll do ✨

  • Drive app installs through strategic creator partnerships and influencer marketing campaigns

  • Test and create content yourself to understand what drives performance before scaling through partnerships

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with creators who can effectively showcase our platform

  • Develop clear briefs and guidelines based on proven content formats that drive installs

  • Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve partnership effectiveness

  • Work closely with our product team to ensure creators can effectively showcase new features

  • Hands-on content creation experience – you should understand what works by doing it yourself

  • Deep understanding of creator ecosystems across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize partnership ROI

  • Experience managing partnership budgets and negotiating with creators/agencies
