Social Media & Community Manager (Early Talent)
LOCATION: London, UK
DURATION: 6 Months
Overview:
You're not just managing comments - you're building culture. As our Community Manager, you'll be the voice of SharkNinja's online communities and a hands-on content creator who can take an idea from concept to published video, solo. This role sits at the intersection of community, content, and culture - and it moves fast.
What You'll Do
Community & Engagement
  • Own day-to-day community management across social platforms, forums, and online groups - monitoring, responding, and representing the brand with speed and authenticity
  • Build relationships with community members, brand advocates, and influencers to drive loyalty and organic advocacy
  • Identify UGC opportunities and surface member stories, testimonials, and moments worth amplifying
  • Track engagement metrics and sentiment to measure what's working and feed it back into strategy
Content Creation
  • Concept, shoot, edit, and publish social-first video content - from idea to execution
  • Create content built to stop the scroll: native to platform, culturally relevant, and designed with engagement in mind
  • Develop posts, polls, competitions, and activations that spark genuine interaction - not just impressions
  • Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh formats, sounds, and ideas to the table before they peak
What You Bring
  • Final-year university student, recent graduate, or early-career professional with a passion for social media, content creation, and digital culture
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content independently - show us your work
  • Strong written voice with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
  • Moves fast, thinks creatively, and doesn't wait to be told what's trending
  • Collaborative cross-functionally, but fully capable of owning a deliverable end-to-end
