Owns affiliate strategy, creator recruitment and retention, commission economics, technology, live programming, production, global teams, agency partnerships, and contribution margin. Expands commerce across TikTok Shop, Meta, YouTube, marketplaces, and ecommerce while aligning merchandising, brand, supply chain, product, legal, and finance stakeholders.

Leads product integrity, design assurance, verification and validation throughout new product development. Owns risk-based test plans, DFMEA, DVP&R, safety reviews, quality gates, root-cause investigations, CAPA, supplier corrective actions and production-readiness recommendations. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and suppliers to ensure product quality, safety, reliability and compliance. Analyzes test and field data, resolves design and process risks, and drives continuous improvement across consumer product programs.

Lead global execution of SharkNinja's highest-priority growth initiatives (market/channel expansion, DTC, social commerce). Drive cross-functional alignment, program governance, change management, performance tracking, and scalable operating models to deliver measurable revenue, margin, and efficiency outcomes.

Lead regional social media analytics across organic, earned, influencer, and paid activity. Translate social signals into actionable marketing and creative recommendations, develop outcome-oriented KPIs, establish benchmarks, and deliver executive reporting. Partner with regional and global stakeholders, agencies, and leadership while directing AI-assisted analytics workflows and automating recurring reports.

Manages multi-channel media strategy and campaign execution across Nordic, Benelux, Spanish, and Italian markets. Responsibilities include media planning, buying, optimization, budget and timeline oversight, social and influencer activation, performance reporting, analytics, ROI improvement, and vendor and agency management. The role partners with marketing, creative, finance, data, and performance teams to translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations and drive brand awareness and sales.

Defines system-level requirements and develops electromechanical consumer products throughout the product lifecycle. Builds prototypes using microcontrollers and 3D-printed designs, guides cross-functional tradeoffs, performs hands-on laboratory testing, evaluates thermal and electromechanical systems, interprets results, and resolves design issues. The role requires collaboration with engineering, electrical, and marketing teams and strong mechanical design-for-manufacturing expertise.

Leads predictive media analytics for the UK market, building forecasting, media mix modeling, attribution, and incrementality models. Owns KPI measurement, cross-channel optimization, audience and creative effectiveness, brand health evaluation, anomaly detection, dashboards, and actionable reporting. Partners with marketing, agencies, data, and engineering teams; mentors junior analysts; and supports Nordic and emerging European markets.

Lead predictive media analytics for France, Germany, and nearby European markets. Build forecasting, marketing mix modeling, attribution, and incrementality models; establish KPIs and measurement governance; optimize cross-channel media, audience, and creative effectiveness; monitor brand and ambassador performance; detect market signals; and create actionable dashboards. Translate complex analysis into recommendations, collaborate with marketing, data, engineering, and agency stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and tailor measurement frameworks to market maturity.

Lead retail media and trade marketing for the Pureplay vertical across UK & ROI, owning strategy, budgets, retailer relationships, digital shelf, social-first activations, measurement, and a small team to deliver commercial growth and flawless go-to-market execution.
