Own and maintain UK website content and merchandising on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Execute content audits, proofread, upload assets for product launches and campaigns, and optimise landing pages with SEO. Use VWO, Salesforce analytics and GA4 to monitor performance, provide insights to improve engagement and conversion, and collaborate with trading, CRM, marketing and UX teams to enhance the consumer journey and ensure compliance and accessibility.

Leads product integrity, design assurance, verification and validation throughout new product development. Owns risk-based test plans, DFMEA, DVP&R, safety reviews, quality gates, root-cause investigations, CAPA, supplier corrective actions and production-readiness recommendations. Manage UKI national retail accounts by developing sales strategies, achieving revenue and margin targets, negotiating with customers, forecasting demand, analyzing market and sell-out data, coordinating promotional and omnichannel activities, and identifying incremental growth opportunities. The role also supports retailer category leadership, competitive pricing reports, trade shows, retail events, and positive SharkNinja brand representation.

Manage national retail accounts across the UK and Ireland, developing sales strategies, exceeding revenue and margin targets, negotiating customer agreements, forecasting demand, analyzing market and sell-out data, coordinating promotional and retail activities, and representing SharkNinja at trade shows and company events.

Own the strategy, operations, systems, and performance infrastructure for SharkNinja’s UKI mid-tier and micro creator program. Responsibilities include building creator pipelines, managing onboarding through offboarding, establishing UGC workflows and compliance standards, coordinating content approvals and payments, tracking performance, and aligning Influencer, Creator Commerce, Paid Media, and Social teams. The role also manages boosting and whitelisting processes and is expected to scale the program globally.

Leads SharkNinja’s global Floor Care Front End Innovation team, developing breakthrough concepts across corded, cordless, handheld, and wet-dry floor care platforms. Oversees industrial designers and product design engineers, owns the innovation roadmap, drives storytelling and prototyping, and partners with engineering, R&D, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing. Applies deep floor care technology, consumer insight, materials, and high-volume manufacturing expertise to create commercially viable products.

Leads hands-on HR business partnering across EMEA, coaching senior leaders, shaping organizational design, managing workforce planning and budgets, driving change adoption, and overseeing talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The role partners with Centers of Excellence and local HR teams while directly improving leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.

Build forecasting, marketing mix modeling, attribution, and incrementality models; establish KPIs and measurement governance; optimize cross-channel media, audience, and creative effectiveness; monitor brand and ambassador performance; detect market signals; and create actionable dashboards. Translate complex analysis into recommendations, collaborate with marketing, data, engineering, and agency stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and tailor measurement frameworks to market maturity.
