Context & Impact
We are looking for someone who knows that social media is not about posting, it is about building trust at scale. As Lansweeper's Social Media and Brand Specialist, you will own our presence across organic social channels and peer review platforms, turning customer proof into pipeline influence. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and real visibility inside a global marketing team.
What You Will Own
This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand, and customer advocacy. You will be responsible for three interconnected areas:
Social Media • Build and execute a funnel-focused social strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels• Create and brief high-performing content: original video, social series, trend-led formats, and customer social proof assets across organic and paid social channels. (main channels: LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Meta, others)• Amplify peer reviews, customer stories, and UGC to support brand awareness and demand generation campaigns• Identify opportunities to reach enterprise and ABM audiences through targeted social proof
Peer Review Platforms • Own the strategy and performance of G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and similar platforms• Drive review acquisition, quality, and velocity aligned to GTM priorities and target segments• Optimize company profiles, categories, and messaging to support conversion and AI search visibility• Track and report on how peer reviews influence pipeline, conversion rates, and buyer decisions
Cross-Functional Integration • Work with Demand Generation (Campaigns), and Sales teams to embed social proof into paid campaigns, landing pages, website, email nurtures, and ABM programs• Partner with Customer Success and Customer Marketing to activate customers and generate reviews• Ensure trust signals are present and well-timed across key conversion points in the funnel
What this role is not
This is not a pure content creation or community management role. You will be expected to connect your work to measurable outcomes: pipeline influence, review velocity, conversion improvement. If you think in metrics as naturally as you think in formats and hooks, this is the right role for you.
What We Are Looking For
Experience and Skills • 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, social media, demand generation, or customer advocacy• Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Media, Social Sciences, or a related field.• Proven experience growing and managing LinkedIn Reddit, X, Meta, and other social channels with measurable outcomes.• Hands-on experience with peer review platforms such as G2 or Gartner Peer Insights• Strong understanding of how social proof and advocacy connect to demand, pipeline, and buyer trust• Comfortable with analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Looker Studio, or similar to measure and report performance• Design literacy and confidence using lightweight tools to guide creative direction and iteration• Interest or experience in AI search visibility and how social signals influence discoverability
How You Think and Work • You are a clear and compelling communicator with natural copywriting instincts• You think in metrics and always ask how this connects to pipeline or conversion• You are hands-on, move fast, and are comfortable owning projects end to end• You know how to work cross-functionally and get things done without waiting to be told• You have a growth mindset and treat every result as a learning opportunity
What We Offer • Competitive salary aligned to market benchmarks• Benefits package adapted to your location• Real career growth and a genuine learning culture• Hybrid work model with a minimum of two days per week at a Lansweeper office• A collaborative, international team across Europe and North America
