Job Purpose
Responsible for developing a defined specialist line of business through strategic MSP and channel partners across Europe. Owns vendor growth strategy, key accounts, and complex pipeline initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic MSP and channel accounts across Europe

  • Increase vendor share of wallet and profitability

  • Lead complex deal engagement and pipeline development

  • Develop and execute vendor business plans aligned to corporate objectives

  • Create C-level value propositions and support executive decision-making

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, rebates, and agreements

  • Provide input into sales, pricing, purchasing, and market propositions

  • Collaborate with Sales, FSE, and Marketing teams

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and operational cadence

  • Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years in IT industry (channel and/or vendor)

  • Business development, sales, or product marketing background

  • Proven experience in services and solutions selling

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

  • Strategic planning and business case development

  • Experience within matrix and multinational organizations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Ideal Candidate: You bring deep experience in IT business development, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to influence at senior level. You are comfortable managing complexity, leading strategic initiatives, and translating vision into execution.
