Overall Purpose:
The Compliance Officer leads on compliance oversight of domestic/home student recruitment, including admissions controls, external agents and partner activity. The role ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, protects student interests and supports sustainable growth.
Role Focus:
Compliance ownership of domestic student recruitment, admissions controls and agent/partner oversight within higher education, focusing on consumer protection and fair student outcomes.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in compliance, audit, legal or quality assurance roles within UK regulated environments with strong exposure to audit.
Regulatory Depth:
Strong knowledge of OfS requirements including partner oversight, admissions controls, quality and standards, and student protection obligations.

- Support regulatory reviews, audits and investigations.
- Provide reporting to senior leadership.
