Facilitates learning, manages stakeholders and external partners, and embeds skills-based talent practices across development, succession, workforce planning, hiring, and career mobility.

Working closely with business leaders, HRBPs and the wider Talent & Development team, you'll identify priority skills, design practical development solutions and help create clear pathways for people to grow their careers at CFC.
Operating in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, you'll lead initiatives across skills development, career frameworks, job architecture and management development, helping ensure our people have the skills needed to succeed today and in the future.

- Experience partnering with senior leaders to understand future skills requirements and translate them into practical development solutions.
- A track record of delivering initiatives that strengthen performance and support business growth.
- Commercial judgement and an understanding of how skills development contributes to business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, ideally within financial services, insurance, a private equity-backed business or a similarly complex commercial organisation.
