The SEO Content Specialist will support Cushman & Wakefield’s global Digital Marketing, Communications & Research Technology organisation by improving the organic visibility of our content and applying AI-assisted methods to how we optimise it. You will run ongoing, in-depth content audits to find performance decay and topical gaps, keeping our digital library high-performing and relevant. You will work closely with Global SEO, Digital Web, Content and Research stakeholders to make sure our insights can be found across 60+ markets.

This role suits someone who combines strong content judgement with a good grasp of how search and AI-powered platforms surface information, and who is keen to use AI tools to work faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run comprehensive, ongoing content audits to identify performance decay, topical gaps, and opportunities to consolidate, refresh or retire content
  • Optimise on-page elements, including titles, metadata, structure and internal linking, in line with global SEO standards
  • Turn complex commercial real estate research and thought leadership into content that is clear, well structured and easy for search engines and AI platforms to find and interpret
  • Support regional stakeholders with SEO requests, content recommendations and detailed performance reporting
  • Use AI tools to support content enhancement, idea generation and metadata creation
  • Help refine and document AI-assisted workflows that make content optimisation more efficient and scalable
  • Apply responsible AI practices, ensuring all AI-supported content meets brand standards and search engine quality guidelines
  • Partner with Content, Communications, UX and development teams to advance our global organic search strategy
  • Flag content that attracts links, media coverage or mentions, and advise Communications on how to optimise it for search
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports, sharing clear insights with stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience in content strategy and on-page optimisation
  • Proven experience running content audits that drive organic growth, ideally in an enterprise or large-site environment
  • Experience using AI tools for content optimisation, generation or workflow automation
  • Solid working knowledge of SEO platforms and analytics tools, with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to turn complex B2B or real estate topics into clear, engaging content
  • Understanding of how content is positioned for AI-driven search and answer platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Desirable: Sitecore or other enterprise CMS experience, international SEO knowledge, and awareness of how backlinks, media coverage and brand mentions influence search and AI results
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced global environment
