Here’s a summary of the role:
As the Senior Treasury Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Group's Treasury strategy. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of Group Treasury while helping to develop the Treasury risk management framework and Treasury systems.
You will oversee daily cash management performed by the Treasury Analyst, take ownership of FX execution, Interest income and help lead the implementation of a Treasury system. In addition, you will be involved with cash forecasting, intercompany loans and treasury controls to support the business. This is a high-impact role with significant scope for development, including the opportunity to develop your career further within Treasury.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Overseeing daily cash, optimising global liquidity structures and managing intercompany funding frameworks and documentation.
- Executing FX deals activities and maintaining strong controls.
- Owning cash forecasting, variance analysis and cash reporting.
- Ensure cash is working for the business and earning a return.
- Assisting with Treasury Systems implementation, automation initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with finance and operational banking relationships.
- Support debt management activities.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a corporate treasury role
- Skilled in cash management with exposure to risk management, systems and controls
- Preference is part qualified ACT in Treasury Management or Cash Management
- Demonstrated an understanding of how Treasury fits into Finance and the wider business
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence
