CSL is seeking a highly organized and proactive Regional Total Reward Analyst to support the Regional Sr. Manager – EMEA. The individual must be fluent in English and German.

This role supports EMEA Total Reward programs across health, risk, pension, wellbeing offerings, compensation, as well as regional harmonization initiatives and growth projects. The Analyst will work closely with the Total Reward Partner and Delivery team to support CSL’s Total Rewards strategy, assisting in the design, implementation, administration, renewal and evaluation of Total Rewards across a complex, multi-country EMEA environment. The role also acts as a key operational partner to HR, Shared Services, Finance and external vendors, supporting employee inquiries and escalations while ensuring competitive, compliant and well‑governed benefit programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis of market trends to ensure our reward structures remain competitive and equitable.
  • Support the Manager with program analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cost management, identifying trends and highlighting cost-saving or optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze benefit utilization, cost and program outcomes data. Prepare reports, dashboards and insights to support decision‑making, benchmarking and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with in-region vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to assist with the execution of benefit initiatives. Provide administrative support for the smooth running of program rollouts and vendor relationship management.
  • Work closely with Total Reward partners, to provide data-driven insights for hiring and retention decisions, ensuring that CSL remains an employer of choice while keeping our "Promise" to our employees through a comprehensive and attractive offer.
  • Support annual benefit renewals and year‑end processes for EMEA countries, to ensure alignment with company goals. Participate in benchmarking studies to ensure CSL’s offerings remain competitive and in line with industry standards.
  • Support the development and execution of clear and effective Total Reward communications, ensuring employees understand the value of CSL’s offerings and driving engagement and participation.
  • Support in evaluating program outcomes, including participant feedback, engagement rates, and overall impact. Provide insights on opportunities to optimize and improve the wellness programs for future iterations.
  • Work with the Total Reward partner to oversee statutory requirements and ensuring all pay practices adhere to local labour laws and internal CSL governance.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and other key departments to ensure the seamless integration of benefits  into CSL’s global employee value proposition. Support coordination efforts and information sharing across teams.
  • Provide support on regional harmonization initiatives, special projects and cross‑regional collaborations, including conducting research, assisting in program design, and gathering feedback from employees and stakeholders.
  • Work across other regions and support other projects as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Human Resources, or a related field

Experience Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in health and wellness programs, employee benefits, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and German speaking highly preferred
  • Experience with Workday desired

Please note this is a hybrid role requiring working 3 days per week
