Provides legal support across EMEA, leading standard-form contract preparation, negotiation, and finalization. Advises commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Procurement, manufacturing, employment, corporate governance, compliance, and dispute-related matters, with particular support for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Partners with regional and global legal teams and business stakeholders to harmonize templates, optimize contracting processes, and deliver pragmatic legal advice in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Supports EMEA total rewards programs covering compensation, benefits, health, risk, pensions, wellbeing, renewals, budgeting, compliance, and regional harmonization. Analyzes market trends, utilization, costs, and program outcomes; prepares dashboards and insights; coordinates vendors and internal stakeholders; supports employee inquiries, communications, statutory compliance, annual renewals, and special projects. Requires English and German fluency and familiarity with Workday.

Lead global labelling strategy and operations for Seqirus' vaccine portfolio, manage and coach a global labelling team, own end-to-end labelling review and approval, ensure regulatory compliance and timely safety updates, support annual strain updates, represent company in regulatory forums and audits, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely labelling.

Lead global clinical trial disclosure and transparency strategy ensuring timely, compliant registrations, results disclosure and lay summaries. Oversee redaction/anonymization of CCI, guide cross-functional stakeholders, manage vendors and disclosure systems, track metrics, and implement process improvements aligned with international regulations and company policy.

Lead enterprise-wide global logistics strategy and operations for seasonal vaccine supply. Own transportation, warehousing, cold chain, inventory, customs compliance, vendor management, performance governance, and systems (SAP). Partner with commercial, manufacturing, quality, finance, procurement, and regulators to ensure service, compliance, resilience, and cost optimization while developing global logistics teams and capabilities.
