Manages clinical trial case management and pharmacovigilance activities, ensuring compliant safety reporting, case processing, regulatory submissions, and inspection readiness. Oversees external vendors, safety reporting plans, KPIs, training, CAPAs, SOPs, coding consistency, and expedited reporting for clinical trial safety cases. Acts as a subject matter expert and liaison across internal teams, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders while supporting safety database enhancements and GxP process improvements.

Supports Seqirus R&D FP&A by consolidating budgets and forecasts, analyzing expenses and variances, reporting actual performance, and administering the financial planning system. The role manages master data, hierarchies, user access, and system support while developing improved reporting for Finance Business Partners and R&D leaders. It also handles ad hoc analysis, planning submissions, and process improvement across the global R&D organization.

Lead commercial and R&D FP&A activities across multiple markets, including month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, KPI standardization, risk and opportunity tracking, headcount and labor-cost modeling, inventory planning, and process automation. Partner with senior finance and business stakeholders, challenge assumptions, improve reporting consistency, and manage one FP&A analyst.

Provides legal counsel across EMEA for commercial contracts, pharmaceutical manufacturing, employment matters, corporate governance, compliance, regulatory issues, and third-party disputes. Leads contract template harmonization, process optimization, and contracting initiatives while partnering with commercial, medical, regulatory, procurement, compliance, and business stakeholders. The role is hybrid, requiring three office days weekly.

Lead global labelling strategy and operations for Seqirus' vaccine portfolio, manage and coach a global labelling team, own end-to-end labelling review and approval, ensure regulatory compliance and timely safety updates, support annual strain updates, represent company in regulatory forums and audits, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely labelling.

Lead enterprise-wide global logistics strategy and operations for seasonal vaccine supply. Own transportation, warehousing, cold chain, inventory, customs compliance, vendor management, performance governance, and systems (SAP). Partner with commercial, manufacturing, quality, finance, procurement, and regulators to ensure service, compliance, resilience, and cost optimization while developing global logistics teams and capabilities.
