Manage end-to-end non-US/Central EU global labeling development and implementation. Assess labeling differences, lead exception reviews with the Global Labeling Committee, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, resolve artwork/translation/supply issues, ensure CCDS-driven updates are communicated, represent Global Labeling in meetings, and maintain up-to-date global regulatory labeling compliance.

Lead global labelling strategy and operations for Seqirus' vaccine portfolio, manage and coach a global labelling team, own end-to-end labelling review and approval, ensure regulatory compliance and timely safety updates, support annual strain updates, represent company in regulatory forums and audits, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely labelling.

The Regional Ethics and Compliance Officer will implement compliance strategies, provide risk management advice, handle investigations, ensure adherence to regulations, and collaborate with stakeholders across the International region of Seqirus.

Support FP&A planning, forecasting and reporting across SAP, Anaplan and FinanceCORE. Execute reconciliations and month-end reporting, maintain master data and controls, refresh Power BI dashboards, perform ad hoc financial modelling and analyses, drive process improvements and automation, and collaborate globally with finance and business stakeholders.

The Associate Director leads global internal communications and engagement, executing strategies to align employee messaging with business priorities and strengthen culture. Responsibilities include overseeing site communications, developing engagement initiatives, and advising leadership on messaging related to change and organizational effectiveness.
