Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

As Sr. Technology Integration Lead, you will be doing, too.
The Regulatory Technology Development Team is among the highest performing Agile teams at CSC and is responsible for leading CSC's regulatory compliance technology implementations - you would be part of a globally-distributed Scrum team (Wilmington, Europe and India) and collaborate daily to drive compliance efforts for CSC's global enterprise. You would be responsible for contributing to this goal - every day, every sprint and every release - by leading, mentoring, and managing a team of software developers, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth.
As Sr. Technology Integration Lead for the Regulatory Technology Team, you will also be responsible oversight of, and collaboration with, vendors to deliver features within the Regulatory Technology ecosystem, integrating vendor products with an internal platform of service-based solutions, aligned to CSC's technology strategy.
Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement for the Regulatory Technology ecosystem
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, vendors, and other stakeholders, to align project goals and deliverables
  • Interface with Vendors and development teams to understand system architectures and align development & delivery strategy. Understand their solutions and ensure seamless and stable integration with CSC systems
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive high-quality system development
  • Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Stay current with the latest IT system-based regulatory requirements and trends to ensure that all solutions comply with global regulatory standards.
  • Advocate for and drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance development process and product quality


What technical skills, experience and qualifications do I need?

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of internal teams, stakeholders, and external Vendors to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Proven experience in developing and integrating service-based solutions. Experience in the Regulatory Technology domain is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC methodologies & tools
  • Solid knowledge of Scrum/Agile software development process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to consistently deliver on time, a quick-thinker, a quick-learner, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to address them
  • Ability to develop and mentor and career-path talent on team, raising team members' effectiveness, productivity, and job satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field experience
