Provide deep expertise in ViewPoint security, configuration, data structures, reporting, and advanced Microsoft SQL Server (queries, performance, SSIS). Resolve complex incidents, perform controlled bulk data updates, support releases and vendor escalations, produce reports, and ensure governance, audit compliance, and operational stability in a regulated financial services environment.

Lead a transaction management team overseeing SPV portfolios for structured finance and securitisations. Ensure corporate governance, statutory and transaction compliance, client relationship management, operational controls, risk mitigation, and service delivery. Act as director on SPV boards, drive process improvements, and support business growth with stakeholders across banks, PE firms, and fund managers.

Deliver consultative sales demonstrations of the Entity Management solution, qualify prospects, tailor presentations, support sales with RFP/RFI responses, provide insights to product and operations, and develop training materials.

Provide Tier 2 application support and functional configuration for Laserfiche and iManage. Troubleshoot incidents, maintain SLAs and documentation, deliver training, manage RBAC and metadata schemas, support upgrades/releases, assist audits, and collaborate with technical teams and vendors to improve platform reliability and user adoption.

Provide Tier 2 support and functional ownership for the NavOne (Quantios) application, troubleshooting configuration, RBAC, and data issues, performing advanced SQL analysis and controlled data fixes, supporting releases, documentation, regulatory reporting (FATCA/CRS), and liaising with vendors and DBAs to resolve complex incidents.

Lead and manage fund accounting delivery for private equity, real assets and SPV structures. Ensure accurate NAVs, investor reporting, statutory financials, audit coordination, HMRC filings, controls, capacity planning, client relationships, and continuous improvement across onshore/offshore teams.

Provide Tier 2 support and technical escalation for enterprise GFS applications: diagnose and resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, lead incident bridges, monitor application health, support releases and changes, produce runbooks and documentation, partner with infrastructure and business stakeholders, and drive automation and reliability improvements.

Provide Tier 2 support and escalation for ViewPoint (Quantios), troubleshoot configuration, permissions, workflows, and UX issues, manage incidents to resolution, configure and document application settings, support upgrades and vendor releases, administer RBAC and access reviews, deliver training, and liaise with vendor support while advising business users and participating in root cause analysis.

Lead enterprise and hybrid cloud architecture strategy and governance. Define reference architectures, hybrid cloud roadmaps, and guardrails. Guide Nutanix private cloud integration, evaluate Azure/AWS/GCP services, enable self-service platforms, mentor architects and engineers, and support executive decision-making to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable platform solutions.
