Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior, or high-volume technical roles - from sourcing through close
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership on hiring strategy, market trends, and headcount decisions
- Build and execute sourcing strategies, market maps, and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Use data to influence decisions, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve our hiring process
- Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices across the wider Talent Acquisition team
- Deliver a brilliant, human candidate experience at every step
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience in full-cycle technical/engineering recruiting, ideally at a fast-growing tech company
- A track record of closing senior, in-demand, or hard-to-attract technical candidates
- Strong stakeholder management skills - comfortable advising senior/executive leaders
- A data-driven mindset and comfort using recruiting tools/AI to work efficiently
- Experience mentoring others or driving process improvements is a plus

Our Hiring Process
- Application Review: We evaluate your talent acquisition experience and your skills relative to the role requirements.
- Quick Chat with a Recruiter (30 mins): A brief introductory call via Google Meet to discuss your skills, relevant background, salary expectations, notice period, and alignment with Wise.
- First Interview with the Team (60 mins): We are assessing your ability to lead recruiting transformation and own recruitment strategy for complex, high-volume areas.
- Final Interview (60 mins): Meet the Recruitment Senior Lead and a Recruitment Lead to discuss your strategic communication, resilience and candidate experience mindset.
