Own the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered fraud investigation automation. Lead discovery, prioritization, production rollout, evaluation, governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to combine deterministic logic, machine learning, GenAI, human oversight, and operational processes into scalable, safe, compliant fraud solutions.

Lead Wise Platform’s global business operations, servicing strategy, operational roadmap, partner success, and KPI performance. Build scalable operating models, resolve structural issues, incubate new operations, and influence product and operational teams without direct authority. The role requires senior leadership across customer service, fintech operations, data-driven execution, capacity planning, and cross-functional delivery.

Oversee entity-level business operations for a regulated Wise subsidiary, focusing on outsourcing governance, operational resilience, incident management, regulatory and Board readiness, and change oversight. The role monitors Group service providers, validates SLAs, KPIs, customer outcomes, and data quality, tracks remediation, supports Important Business Services testing, and produces audit-ready management information and evidence. It requires strong stakeholder management, analytical controls, documentation, and knowledge of UK outsourcing and operational resilience requirements.

Lead Wise’s strategic bank and payment service provider partnerships across Europe. Own direct access to payment schemes and central bank infrastructure, negotiate commercial terms and service levels, manage onboarding and compliance processes, and coordinate integrations with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance. Optimize payment costs, speed, liquidity, transaction performance, and operational scalability while translating European clearing requirements into product and infrastructure roadmaps.

Build and maintain Anaplan models supporting FP&A, capital, liquidity, and group viability forecasts. Manage Anaplan-Snowflake data pipelines, own data inputs and outputs, streamline forecasting workflows, optimize model performance, and translate complex financial requirements into scalable technical solutions. Support stress testing and going-concern assessments while collaborating with finance, accounting, reporting, and technology stakeholders.

Lead data science for Wise’s cross-border transfer pricing strategy. Design pricing experiments, apply causal inference, model price elasticity and revenue impacts, optimize prices across customer segments, and build automated reporting and data infrastructure. Use machine learning to analyze pricing-related customer contacts, identify customer pain points, and deliver insights to Product, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and senior leadership.

Manage and grow Wise’s EMEA bank partner accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, developing account plans, leading partner business reviews, and coordinating deal execution. Build senior stakeholder relationships, use data to identify growth opportunities, provide performance updates, and contribute to product, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives. The role requires expertise in cross-border payments and collaboration with sales, customer success, product, engineering, compliance, legal, and delivery teams.

Drive pricing-led growth through experiments, customer pricing comprehension measurement, segment economics, and cross-border and account pricing strategy. Partner across Product, Pricing, Design, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering to translate insights into decisions. Own and operate production Python infrastructure for FX pricing, risk, and trading systems. Owns end-to-end prudential regulatory reporting for capital adequacy and liquidity returns. Build scalable behavioral data infrastructure and identity-resolution capabilities that map user associations, support fraud and financial-crime detection, enable risk and compliance teams, and improve legitimate customer experiences. Lead Wise’s AI Assistant and route-by-route customer activation strategy. Own conversational banking experiences, agentic AI development, global product frameworks, funnel optimization, experimentation, and customer insights. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, regional, compliance, payment operations, and vendor teams to improve first-transfer conversion and scale personalized cross-border payment experiences globally.

Build backend governance and assurance foundations for Wise’s Risk Assessment platform. Responsibilities include data quality monitoring, data contracts, lineage tracking, continuous control validation, drift detection, audit trails, explainability tooling, and scalable integration with the Risk API. The role partners closely with Product, Risk API, and Financial Crime teams to ensure risk decisions are trusted, consistent, explainable, auditable, and continuously monitored.

Supports the UK MLRO Office in overseeing AML/CTF and broader financial crime controls for regulated UK entities.
