About this opportunity:
Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) is offering a complete range of innovative high-quality Antenna and Antenna Line Devices as an integral part of Ericsson Radio Systems. Providing a strong global ecosystem, we are the partner of choice for our external and internal customers - always striving to be the Antenna Powerhouse of the industry!
We are currently looking for a (Senior) Technical Program Manager / Project Director in Rosenheim, Germany (hybrid working model) to lead the development of a portfolio of programs/platforms and be an integral contributor to our organizational transformation.
What you will do:
  • Your main responsibility is to manage an antenna development program/portfolio of programs/projects starting with a business opportunity through mass production.
  • Drive systematic improvement in processes, infrastructure/tooling, and workflows along with the wider adoption across EAS.
  • Actively develop a program management talent pipeline.
  • Be an integral part of building a high performing PMO organization.

The skills you bring:
  • An engineering background with solid experience as a technical lead, system architect, or technical project/program manager.
  • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and resourcefulness.
  • Solid strategic thinking AND deep-dive capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communications skills, be it at executive level or discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
  • Ability to coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing complex product development programs throughout their complete lifecycle is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus.
