What you'll do 

  • Lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programmes, ensuring successful outcomes against agreed scope, milestones, timelines and budgets. 

  • Shape programme roadmaps and delivery plans, coordinating activity across multiple teams and aligning priorities with product and engineering partners. 

  • Manage programme dependencies, risks and issues, driving timely decisions and escalating where needed to keep delivery on track. 

  • Provide clear, data-led reporting on programme health, progress, financial performance and emerging risks to stakeholders. 

  • Develop delivery excellence by strengthening ways of working, supporting service transitions and coaching Technical Programme Managers where appropriate. 

Who you are 

  • You bring experience leading complex technology programmes or large-scale, multi-team delivery initiatives from planning through to implementation. 

  • Experience delivering large-scale SaaS implementations, ideally within planning, merchandising or retail technology environments. 

  • Comfortable managing governance, dependencies, risks and stakeholder relationships across complex delivery landscapes. 

  • Able to use delivery data and insights to provide transparency, support decision-making and drive successful outcomes. 

  • A strong communicator with excellent coaching and problem-solving skills, able to simplify complexity and build confidence across teams.
