What you'll do
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of network upgrades and infrastructure changes across the M&S distribution centre estate.
  • Develop joined-up delivery plans, coordinating activities and dependencies across technology programmes, suppliers and operational teams.
  • Partner with GIST, engineering, architecture and logistics teams to align solutions, deployment schedules and business priorities.
  • Champion effective governance and proactive risk management, providing clear visibility of progress, issues and key decisions.
  • Coordinate suppliers, site deployments and transition activities to deliver agreed outcomes while minimising disruption to logistics operations.
Who you are
  • You bring experience leading large-scale infrastructure, network, connectivity or technology transformation programmes.
  • You’re comfortable coordinating complex, multi-site deployments in operationally critical environments.
  • You can build trusted relationships, communicate technical information clearly and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • You have experience managing programme plans, dependencies, risks, governance and third-party delivery partners.
  • Experience within retail, logistics, supply chain, warehousing or another large-scale operational environment would be beneficial.
