Level Infinite is seeking a Senior Director with a strong background in Unreal Engine and game development experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in development relationship management with multiple game studios.
Responsibilities:
- Lead teams with capability of technical resolutions to support Level Infinite's game studios on game development, such as engine development, development tools, game services etc.
- Drive the innovation of game development technologies and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the game studios' development team.
- Manage development relationships with domestic and international game studios to ensure successful game delivery.
- Work closely with the studio development team to ensure that technical requirements are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Strong background in technology, better with a focus on Unreal Engine.
- Game development experience, PC/console would be a plus.
- Experience in development relationship management with multiple game studios, preferably worked with international game studios.
- Mandarin and English as working language to interact with stakeholders in various regions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
