Atlassian is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect, DACH region (German Speaking), reporting to the Head of Partner Solutions - Cloud Platform & Transformation.
This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, or Germany. Additionally, full fluency in German is an essential requirement.

Our Partner Solutions Acceleration team brings together experts with deep experience in Cloud Acceleration & Migration, Solution Design, and Architecture. With a strong focus on building partner cloud capabilities, we help drive successful cloud transformations by providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, and best-in-class solutions to support seamless migrations and enterprise adoption.

What you'll do

  • Lead Partner capability strategy, across the DACH market in collaboration with Global Cloud Leaders, Solution Strategists, Customer support, Channel, and Sales to grow and accelerate cloud migration and adoption.
  • Lead DACH channel capability efforts focused on cloud migration market success.
  • Collaborate with Atlassian Partners to create packaged implementation cloud migration services, solutions, and GTM strategy.
  • Conduct cloud migration capability, technical, and practice workshops with Partners.
  • Assess channel coverage, partner capacity, and recruitment requirements for cloud migrations across various partnership models.
  • Partner with enterprise sales, to educate on partner capabilities and optimize the co-selling motion.
  • Lead and collaborate across Atlassian, to build and deliver a coordinated capability model.
  • Focus on and lead cloud migrations and thought leadership programs.


Your background

  • Deep experience in product, consulting, and sales within digital transformation and cloud migration, across the DACH market.
  • Excellent business insight, understanding how to position and sell value through consultative techniques.
  • A background in matrix organizations, where internal/external bridge-building and partnering is an essential quality.
  • Comprehensive grasp of the benefits that SaaS platforms offer to customers.
  • Experience migrating applications into the public cloud, according to customers' security and networking requirements.
  • Previous exposure and collaboration with Partners.
