Job Description Summary:
The Manager, Talent Acquisition, will be a key member of the Rocket Software Talent Acquisition Team. This role will work with Business, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Leaders to translate business strategies into human capital needs by strengthening Rocket’s ability to attract, assess, select and integrate top clinical talent. Deliver innovative, diverse recruiting strategies that consider current and future talent demands while implementing a plan to support business objectives. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will play a key role in the overall of the Talent Acquisition function by leading specific, high-impact projects which may include process development, training and implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Primary Recruiter over assigned core group/s while maintaining multiple leadership and advanced related requisitions.
- Lead a team of talent acquisition partners at a country level, including setting strategy, performance management, hiring, coaching, team building, workload balancing, development planning, succession planning and goal setting.
- Implement Rocket's talent acquisition strategy at a country level and across assigned client groups. Help design and implement best in class, creative sourcing strategies that meet business needs as well as create a pipeline of diverse, high caliber talent for the organization.
- Develop the capabilities of the recruiting team in the areas of effective sourcing, interviewing, and assessment of candidates.
- Directly interact with senior management and provide coaching, consultancy and ensures Talent Acquisition operation alignment over designated core group or multiple groups.
- Represent Talent Acquisition at appropriate leadership meetings, providing updates on Talent Acquisition strategy and programs.
- Use data to develop and analyze key metrics to understand and improve recruiting effectiveness. Take proactive action to increase efficiencies and effect metrics in areas of cost, speed to hire, new hire retention, etc. Create and implement programs to increase candidate pipeline for critical positions.
- Instill a customer focused mentality across the team to ensure delivery of an excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain expert knowledge of relevant recruiting procedures and practices in compliance with local laws and regulations, company policies and procedures, along with software industry emerging trends, and benchmark comparisons.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years dedicated recruiting experience with a strong preference in both an agency and corporate setting
- Minimum of 6 years of people management experience with demonstrated success in performance management and employee development
- Ability to integrate and interpret data from multiple sources to identify solutions and develop plans to ensure appropriate staffing
- Must have a strong customer focus and be able to effectively and quickly build relationship and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence
- Must have a "solutions-focus", being able to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quickly
- Proven experience designing and executing new talent acquisition programs
- Experience leading a talent acquisition function in a fast paced, distributed workforce
- Demonstrates ability to integrate automated solutions and use technology to improve processes
