As Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will orchestrate end-to-end inbound planning and logistics from our global suppliers. In this pivotal role, you will proactively optimise inventory levels to meet customer demand while driving continuous improvement across our planning systems.

This is a hybrid role - you will spend 3 days per week working in our Bourne End office, and working from home for the remaining 2 days per week. Please note that our office will be relocating to Maidenhead in 2027, so the successful candidate must be able to commute to both Bourne End and, subsequently, Maidenhead.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming supply by tracking, prioritising, and expediting shipments, and negotiating delivery schedules to align with operational efficiency and customer demand
  • Proactively manage inventory health by leading regular reviews of slow-moving and non-moving stock, optimising safety stock levels, and developing strategies to minimise excess and obsolescence risks
  • Act as the central owner and subject matter expert for a defined product portfolio. Develop and execute the end-to-end supply strategy, ensuring its alignment with business goals and the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to end-of-life
  • Take full ownership of your product portfolio's performance. You will be empowered to make decisions that directly impact key business metrics, from improving on-time shipment to optimising inventory and enhancing forecast accuracy.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other global planning teams to mitigate constraints, resolve discrepancies, support new product introductions, and ensure seamless execution of the supply plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree: Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in demand planning or supply planning, ideally within a multinational corporation
  • A high degree of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Demonstrated experience managing external suppliers and/or logistics providers
  • A proactive mindset with a strong ability to identify potential issues, take initiative, and drive continuous process improvements
  • Excellent analytical skills and a passion for data. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is essential, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and modern planning software (e.g., Oracle Fusion DM Cloud) is highly desirable
  • Advanced verbal and written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, with a track record of successfully guiding initiatives from conception through to execution

Benefits:

  • 25 days of vacation
  • Up to 32 hours of paid time off per year to volunteer with a charity of your choice
  • Reward & Recognition scheme - earn points to spend online
  • Training and personal development in soft skills and hard skills, access to our internal learning portal and internal career opportunities within Zebra departments
  • Annual bonuses based on financial results
  • Yearly salary increases according to individual performance
  • Employee referral bonus for bringing New Talent to Zebra
  • Pension Scheme with a matched contribution up to 7%
  • Private medical and dental cover
  • Access to an innovative online learning platform
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee Assistance Program

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
