The online travel market never stands still and Expedia Group Business to Business (EG B2B) partners with enterprises such as travel agencies, airlines, financial institutions, membership organizations and travel management companies to provide them with access to the leading Expedia Group travel inventory. We equip our partners with the right data, tools and technology that empowers them to build their business and maximize their potential.
You will play a crucial role in the continued evolution of EG B2B's rapidly-growing business. In this role you will work within the B2B Strategy & Transformation team where you'll be responsible for identifying key industry insights, translating those into opportunities and working cross-functionally to operationalize them. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives on turning insights into action.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead strategic insight generation: identify and evaluate key trends, industry developments, and partner insights to inform EG B2B’s growth strategy
  • Drive insight activation: develop and own processes to ensure the right stakeholders see and use the right insights at the right time
  • Enable executive decision-making: deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders, balancing strategic vision with operational realities
  • Support strategic planning: contribute to annual and long-term planning by providing intelligence and opportunity sizing
  • Structure and centralize insights: build and maintain a repository of industry, partner and competitive intelligence. Ensure insights are consistently documents, easy to access and actionable
  • Collaborate across Expedia: partner with teams across B2B and Expedia as a whole to drive alignment and execution

Who you are:

  • 5–7 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar role in a leading technology company
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data, frameworks, and ambiguity
  • Demonstrated experience in structuring data and insights to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Excellent communicator with ability to synthesize complex ideas into compelling narratives for both executive leadership and operational teams
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and a passion for driving measurable business impact

The total cash range for this position in Madrid is €70,000.00 to €98,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to €112,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
