HPE Storage is looking for an experienced Senior Storage Program Manager to join our Storage Program Management Office (PMO) within the Hybrid Cloud organisation.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced programme leader who enjoys bringing people, processes and technology together to successfully deliver complex product initiatives. You'll work across global teams, driving product delivery from planning through execution while collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, product management, operations and business functions.

You'll be responsible for managing strategic programmes that support HPE's storage portfolio, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment and delivery against critical business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex cross-functional programmes from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain programme schedules, milestones, resource plans and critical deliverables.
• Drive alignment across product management, engineering, operations and other business stakeholders.
• Manage programme budgets, resource allocation, risks, dependencies and issue resolution.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure programme objectives are achieved on time and within scope.
• Communicate programme progress, risks, escalations and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve programme execution and business processes.
• Influence stakeholders across multiple organisations and business groups to deliver successful outcomes.
• Support product launch activities and ensure readiness across all functions involved in delivery.
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced programme management professionals.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 6-10 years of Programme Management experience.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programmes in a technology environment.
• Proven success delivering product development and product launch programmes.
• Experience working across global teams and multiple time zones.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Advanced experience using Smartsheet and other programme planning tools.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and programme leadership capability.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.

Highly Desirable

• Experience in Enterprise Storage, Infrastructure, Data Management, Hybrid Cloud or related enterprise technology sectors.
• Experience working with both hardware and software product development programmes.
• Experience within organisations such as HPE, Dell, Pure Storage, Nutanix or similar enterprise technology companies.
