Monitor ESG regulations and benchmarks, support regulatory implementation and audit readiness, perform gap analyses, manage cross-functional delivery with Risk, Legal and Corporate teams, and prepare presentations and trainings for internal stakeholders.
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Sustainability Regulatory Strategy & Execution to join our Sustainability Hub. This role is located in London.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Monitor and track new and evolving ESG-related regulations, frameworks, and laws
- Conduct peer and landscape benchmarking to identify industry best practices and drive peer alignment in execution
- Assist the end-to-end regulatory implementation by supporting documentation for audit readiness, responding to internal stakeholder inquiries, and participating in gap analysis and assessments
- Manage cross-functional tasks and milestones to ensure timely delivery and quality in partnership with other internal teams (e.g., Risk & Compliance, Legal, Corporate Functions)
- Contribute to preparing concise presentations and materials to support internal stakeholder trainings and governance procedures
To be successful in the role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree, certifications, and/or solid experience in sustainability, regulatory affairs and legal, policy, and/or finance
- Proficiency in researching market trends, best practices, and new regulations
- Rigorous attention to detail and strong work ethic, especially in fast paced environments
- High Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Demonstrated writing and presentation skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills and experience
