nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.
We’re transforming financial services through bold innovation and relentless execution. You bring the ideas and drive. We’ll build what’s next — together.
nCino’s Smart Solutions team helps banks, insurers and financial institutions get more from their nCino platform after go-live — building out data-driven configurations, and delivering repeatable services that evolve alongside their needs.
We’re looking for a Solutions Analyst to join the team in a role that sits at the intersection of client engagement and analytical problem-solving. You’ll be speaking directly with customers to understand their requirements, translating those needs into scoped service proposals, and working closely with Smart Solutions specialists to shape and deliver the right solution.
This is an opportunity with real depth — the right candidate will grow into full end-to-end ownership of scoping and delivery over time. This role suits someone analytical, curious, and comfortable in client-facing conversations — not a project manager or a traditional sales person, but someone who enjoys getting into the detail of a problem and making sense of it.
What You’ll DoRunning discovery and requirements-gathering conversations with existing nCino customers
Translating customer needs into clear, structured briefs that Smart Solutions specialists can act on
Scoping engagements and contributing to Statements of Work and service proposals
Building an understanding of Smart Solutions capabilities — rules management, configuration, data outputs — to match requirements to solutions
Managing ongoing service relationships where delivery recurs quarterly or more frequently, ensuring solutions stay aligned with changes in customer infrastructure
Collaborating with Sales, Enterprise Relationship Management, and Product teams to represent customer requirements and feed back into product development
• Experience in a business analysis, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technical role
• Strong requirements-gathering skills — able to run structured conversations, synthesise what you’ve heard, and summarise clearly for others
• Comfortable working with data and technology products, even without deep technical expertise
• Confident communicator, able to engage credibly with bank and financial institution stakeholders
• Organised and self-directed — able to manage a portfolio of ongoing engagements without heavy oversight
• Exposure to banking, insurance, or financial services software
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms or Salesforce-based products
• Some experience with scoping or SOW documentation
• Light project coordination experience (not a requirement, but useful)
