Join us as a UK Corporate Rates Sales and Solutions Analyst

  • We’ll look to you to support UK-based corporates and funds with interest rate risk management solutions.
  • You'll work closely with Trading, DCM, Structuring, Credit, Legal and Strategy teams amongst others to deliver primarily rates risk management solutions, as well as the wider suite of NatWest markets products.
  • You'll join an inclusive, dynamic, and commercially-minded team that values creativity, initiative and ambition

What you'll do

In your new role, you’ll be gain direct exposure to some of the largest UK corporates and funds while helping them achieve their risk management objectives. You will maintain and support a portfolio of corporate client relationships by providing proactive client coverage and delivering strategic content led solutions.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Structuring market compelling interest rate trade ideas and strategies
  • Producing and distributing market colour to keep clients informed of key developments
  • Origination, structuring, and execution of trades for corporate clients
  • Assisting customers with understanding how they can be impacted by different financial risks and the risk/reward profile of different hedging approaches

The skills you'll need

To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 1 year of experience in a professional, client-facing environment. You will also be a strong communicator, comfortable engaging with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Furthermore, you’ll need:

  • Ability to prioritise effectively and remain flexible during busy periods
  • Knowledge of interest rate and inflation products is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent analytical skills with a logical, problem‑solving mindset
  • Genuine interest in economics and global markets
