Role Background

The Solution Engineer will play a pivotal role in the continued success of Kyriba by combining deep expertise in treasury, consultative sales skills, and value-based business case development. This role will collaborate with current and prospective clients in the region to explore, justify, and realize business value from Enterprise Liquidity Management initiatives while demonstrating Kyriba’s liquidity solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and deliver strategic product demos to win new business.

  • Represent the product to customers and at events (conferences, seminars, etc.).

  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs, including functional/technical questions and pricing requests.

  • Gather and communicate customer requirements and market feedback to Product Management and Development (including product gaps).

  • Partner with Product, Development, and SMEs to stay current on product direction/roadmap, features, regulations, and market trends.

  • Maintain competitive knowledge and articulate differentiators.

  • Prepare for client meetings and tailor messaging to prospect business needs during the pre-sales process.

  • Travel within the sales territory as needed.

  • Help develop and deliver training for new pre-sales team members (classroom and on-the-job).

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record in treasury, finance, or software sales (or combination of both) and knowledge of technology.

  • 5-10 years relevant experience in sales or sales consultive role or finance transformation consulting or system integration focused on Finance, Treasury and Liquidity Management.

  • Strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.

  • Ability to understand business processes and business problems.

  • Able to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences.

  • Willing to travel (Around 25 – 50%)
