WorkCanvas.com — part of monday.com — is expanding into new, AI-native product areas, and we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-moving, high-impact team. You will help shape and build new products from the ground up, working across the stack in a dynamic environment that blends startup velocity with monday.com scale.
As part of a small, exceptionally talented engineering group, you'll own key product areas, influence architectural decisions, and ship user-facing features rapidly. This is a rare opportunity to help define the future of monday.com’s next wave of products.
- Demonstrated strong technical skills and experience building full-stack applications end-to-end
- Deep knowledge of React (Next.js), Node.js, and TypeScript
- Experience building features that integrate LLMs or other AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama)
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS), CI/CD, deployments, and monitoring
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability across frontend and backend
- Strong communication skills, team mindset, and empathy
- Passion for creating user-centered products that customers rely on daily
