monday.com is looking for a Business Marketing Analyst to join our growing Marketing Operations and Analytics group. We are aiming for a stellar analyst who is passionate about owning an entire product's marketing strategy, from top-of-funnel campaign analysis through go-to-market (GTM) execution and sales decisions, and building new measurement engines.

As the Senior Marketing Analyst for a dedicated product, you will play a pivotal role in the company. You must be comfortable with being both strategic and hands-on, operating in a hyper-growth environment and have no fear of failing, and getting back on your feet again.

  • A stellar analyst who is passionate about owning an entire product's marketing strategy and building new measurement engines.
  • Experience operating in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.

  • Experience in developing measurement frameworks and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of data structure and data alignment.
  • Proven ability to generate actionable business insights and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working with Product Marketing Managers, Campaign Managers, BI developers, data scientists, marketing operation teams, and senior product leadership.
