We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Delivery Loop to be part of our Developer Productivity Pillar. You’ll be directly responsible for how Webflow engineers build, test, and deliver value to our customers. This year, we have exciting opportunities to help drastically reduce cycle time by 50% or more for Webflow engineers!

As a Senior Software Engineer, Delivery Loop, you’ll …

  • Drive implementation and maintenance of Webflow’s build system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of multiple development environments, providing guidance to ensure consistency across teams and environments.
  • Define and enforce development processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Spearhead the deployment strategy for production environments, implementing robust rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions.
  • Mentor junior members of the DevOps team, fostering their growth and knowledge in DevOps principles and technologies.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization in production environments.
  • Stay current with emerging DevOps trends and technologies, evaluating and implementing new tools to enhance the development workflow.
  • Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
  • Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
