Drive outbound pipeline generation across EMEA through personalized email, phone, and social outreach. Qualify leads, engage prospects, maintain Salesforce records, refine messaging, and collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Operations. Build product expertise, communicate Webflow’s value proposition, meet sales quotas, and develop skills for future sales roles. The role is hybrid in London with travel up to 15% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.

Provides technical guidance to enterprise customers implementing and expanding Webflow. Partners with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate launches, improve adoption, create implementation plans, develop reusable templates and integrations, gather customer feedback, and influence product direction. The role requires translating technical concepts for nontechnical audiences and applying expertise in web development, APIs, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, CRO, digital marketing, SEO, UX, UI, and security.

Lead partner ecosystem growth across EMEA by acquiring and managing strategic agency partners, designing scalable partner programs, driving co-sell and partner-sourced pipeline, and working cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and solution engineering to enable partner adoption, expansion, and revenue.

Drive full-cycle B2B SaaS sales across Germany and DACH: build outbound pipeline, qualify and close deals, collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product and Customer Success, and grow partner ecosystem. Shape go-to-market strategy, tailor messaging for EMEA audiences, manage complex stakeholder processes, and share field feedback to scale Webflow’s regional presence.
