  • Ensure social media is embedded in organisational planning, working with colleagues across Engagement to align messaging, campaigns and supporter journeys.

  • Develop a social listening plan to ensure we are able to quickly spot opportunities to develop meaningful relationships and keep abreast of wider trends

  • Provide leadership and oversight to the social media function, ensuring high-quality delivery through the Social Media team.

  • Evaluate and report against the impact and ROI of Anthony Nolan’s owned channels, developing informed business cases for future focus and investment strategies.

  • Champion our social media activity in the Engagement division, and the wider organisation, providing strategic guidance and enabling teams to confidently integrate social media into their work.

  • Play a leading role in cross-organisational working groups, contributing social-led insight and helping shape strategic direction (e.g., youth engagement).

  • Use social and audience insight to inform priorities, ensuring our content and campaigns reflect the needs, motivations and behaviours of key audiences.

  • Take ownership of managing the organisation’s reputation in the social sphere, including handling crisis situations.

What’s in it for you?

  • 27 days annual leave, pension scheme, childcare vouchers, access to counselling via a 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme

  • A stimulating work environment full of opportunities to learn and develop

  • Life Assurance of four times annual salary
