Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.

The role

Nebius is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator in our hyper-growth environment, you will play a foundational role in building and scaling our CRM ecosystem from day one. This is a position where you will not only configure and manage Salesforce, but also analyze business processes, design intelligent workflows, and apply data-driven insights to help teams move faster.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to architect a next-generation CRM platform that supports rapid scaling, automation-first operations, and AI-driven decision-making. This is an opportunity to shape the backbone systems of a fast-growing AI company—creating a CRM foundation that is flexible, automated, and built for high-velocity go-to-market teams.

You’re welcome to work hybrid from London.

Your responsibilities will include:

Administration, Configuration & Automation

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user access, permissions, security controls, page layouts, objects, record types, and data governance.
  • Build scalable automation using automation to replace manual processes and enable operational efficiency.
  • Work with stakeholders to map business processes, identify gaps, and design technical solutions aligned with the needs of a hyper-growth GTM engine.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specs, and structured workflows.
  • Analyse CRM usage patterns and funnel metrics to recommend operational and process improvements.
  • Use Salesforce reporting and dashboards to surface insights that help leaders make data-backed decisions.
  • Maintain documentation of data models, configurations, integrations, and process maps.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to build lead management flows, sales processes, customer lifecycle models, and AI-powered workflow automations.
  • Deliver training, onboarding, and ongoing support to ensure strong user adoption across fast-scaling teams.
  • Manage data imports/updates, deduplication, and data cleansing initiatives.
  • Support integration efforts with GTM systems, marketing automation platforms, billing systems, and internal tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues proactively and act as the go-to expert for platform reliability and performance.

We expect you to have:

  • 4–7+ years in Salesforce Administration with Enterprise CRM experience.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows), data modelling, and security.
  • Demonstrated experience acting in requirements gathering, process design, workflow mapping, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting high-velocity GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw CRM data into insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with integrations, connected apps, APIs, and middleware (no coding required, but technical comfort is essential).
  • Experience with lead routing, funnel analytics, lifecycle automation, or revenue operations tooling is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-changing, high-pressure environment.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder preferred.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.

We’re growing and expanding our products every day. If you’re up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us!
