You’re a Senior Salesforce Administrator who thrives on delivering high impact, declarative solutions and enjoys being the go to expert for Flow, configuration architecture, and scalable automation. You’re motivated by helping teams move faster while keeping platforms stable, secure, and built for the long term.
You’re comfortable blending hands on delivery with leadership, whether that’s guiding other admins, shaping best practices and standards, or ensuring the Salesforce platform remains reliable, performant, and aligned with business strategy. You take pride in enabling multiple product squads to succeed and enjoy working at the centre of a platform that drives real business value.
What you’ll do:
- Guide the design of complex multi-cloud flows, data models, and automation solutions.
- Drive declarative architecture standards and reduce platform complexity.
- Own delivery of high-impact admin initiatives with reliability and quality.
- Mentor and coach admins to raise capability and platform maturity.
- Proactively improve data quality, governance, and operational consistency across squads.
- Contribute to COPs, RFCs, and cross-tribe alignment on declarative best practice.
What you'll bring:
- Deep experience building scalable, maintainable Flow solutions and configuration architecture.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, sharing model, and enterprise automation patterns.
- Ability to guide admins and influence cross squad approaches through expertise and communication.
- A mindset focused on reliability, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
- Inclusive leadership: supports, mentors, and elevates others.
