Why this role?

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Senior Sales Operations Manager to join Snyk's Strategy & Operations team during a period of hyper-growth. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of GTM Strategy, Operations, and Analytics, you will be a vital partner to our leadership team. This is an impactful opportunity to drive the efficiency of our Go-To-Market engine, helping us scale our mission to embed security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead GTM Planning: Partner with Sales Management on annual and quarterly planning, including customer segmentation, territory design, and quota deployment.

  • Drive Actionable Insights: Deliver weekly operations reports and sales forecasts, translating complex data into insights that increase GTM effectiveness.

  • Own Sales Analytics: Track and analyze sales process KPIs while developing new reporting tools from multiple data sources to support ad hoc analytics.

  • Execute Strategic Projects: Manage high-impact projects designed to drive operational efficiency across the global sales organization.

  • Optimize Sales Enablement: Train teams on the effective use of sales tools (CRM) and collaborate on enhancements to our sales process and tech stack.

  • Influence Strategy: Shape the way leadership makes decisions by providing recommendations based on rigorous data analysis and performance trends.

What You Bring:

  • Domain Expertise: At least 4 years of experience in an operational role within a SaaS or technology company.

  • Analytical Mindset: Sharp analytical skills with the ability to move beyond reporting to generate "insight-ready" business recommendations.

  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Exceptional ability to analyze complex problems and develop scalable solutions independently.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders with diverse interests.

  • Agility: A self-starter attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, highly engaged startup environment.

  • Are a Power User: Have deep proficiency in MS Excel and experience with BI tools like Looker or Salesforce dashboarding.

  • Have the Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a critical-thinking field such as Economics, Finance, or Operations.

  • Love Innovation: Enjoy acquiring new technical skills quickly and bringing fresh ideas to challenge the status quo.
