The role of the Senior Sales Operations Manager is to support the Clarivate EMEA IP (Intellectual Property) vertical sales leadership team with all operational related responsibilities within the Sales function. This ranges, but is not limited to, monthly forecasting to sales commission analysis.  Support may also extend to other areas of the IP business as required.

About you…

  • BS degree
  • Minimum of seven years of work experience
  • Minimum 4-5 years of advanced excel skills and Salesforce experience
  • Self-driven and detail oriented
  • Strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize complex tasks under tight deadlines
  • Clear, concise communication skills
  • Ability to organize data from multiple data sources with data accuracy
  • Ability to take initiative, collaborate with other teams, and prioritize time effectively to deliver high quality results in a timely manner
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Intermediate to Advance use of Excel and PowerPoint required

It would be great if you also have…

  • Degree in accounting or finance a plus
  • Past experience working in sales operations role
  • Demonstrated analytical, forecasting and problem solving skills
  • PowerBI experience a plus

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Act as key business partner to senior sales leadership
  • Lead key initiatives in partnership with key functions such as Finance, Sales Operations and Commissions
  • Manage weekly forecast, identify trends, risk and opportunities to accurately forecast the business
  • Manage Sales Planning process including quota setting and yearly sales plan
  • Provide operational analysis with insights that support effective business decision making
  • Provide KPI reporting including, sales, forecasts, performance, trends and more
  • Provide analysis and modelling in support of business initiatives, resource allocation and various KPIs
  • Assist in building strong operational processes that help sales teams stay productive and successful
  • Create dashboards and reports from scratch, as well as refine and update existing reports
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis when required

About the team

This role reports into the Senior Director, Sales Operations and will work as part of the wider Sales Operations team for our IP Segment based globally. There will additional collaboration with cross functional teams throughout the business.

Hours of work

Full-time, permanent role based out of our London or Belgrade office on a hybrid basis, 2-3 days per week in the office.
