To fuel this growth, we are hiring a Senior GTM Intelligence Analyst to build the data-driven analytics team. This role is a key member of our growing GTM Analytics team and is responsible for building and maintaining data infrastructure used by our global salesforce and leadership team, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration.

- Undertake project management responsibilities to effectively plan, organize, and oversee data analysis projects with minimal supervision, while handling competing priorities and stakeholders independently
- Proactively navigate ambiguity by synthesizing unclear or complex business objectives into clear, actionable analytical frameworks, dashboards, or tools, operating with minimal direction or oversight
- Independently gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders, analyzing their needs, and translating those into scalable technical tools, dashboards, or processes that align with broader business objectives
- Build tools to put data in the hands of our GTM teams to allow them to make data-driven decisions and increase their productivity
- Create our reporting frameworks that allow senior leadership to make data-driven decisions about the business
- Partner with executive business stakeholders across the company to give them data-driven insights into the performance of the sales organization
- Lead and conduct ad hoc analyses and effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences
- Scale and manage multiple concurrent projects across a diverse range of responsibilities and stakeholders, ensuring effective prioritization, progress tracking, and meeting deadlines
- Review, update, and audit key sales-facing dashboards that track pipeline, productivity, attainment, and other key metrics
- Work with the centralized data architecture team to build schemas that help measure critical business metrics for sales
- 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in a quantitative role
- SQL experience
- Dashboarding experience in Tableau or equivalent dashboard tools
- Experience in Sigma and CRM-Analytics will be an advantage
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with senior stakeholders and convert their requirements into clear technical deliverables
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets to conduct analysis, identify issues, and quantify impact
- Proactive ability to navigate ambiguity and distill complex, high-level business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and tools, while maintaining a self-driven approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Salesforce reports & dashboards preferred
