The opportunity

Goodlord is on a mission to be the gold standard platform for renting, and we’re searching for a Senior Sales Manager reporting directly to our Head of Sales to help us achieve it!

You will guide strategy and execution for our Mid-Market segment (with potential to expand into our Enterprise segment), helping letting agencies navigate complex operational environments with our gold-standard platform.

This is an active, engaged leadership role - you will be hands-on in refining deal strategy, coaching representatives to succeed, and stepping in as an executive sponsor on key opportunities.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives through 1:1s, call reviews, and live deal shadowing to drive consistent target achievement.

  • Run structured deal reviews using MEDDPICC to validate champions, address risks early, map decision-makers, and maintain accurate CRM forecasting.

  • Partner with SDR and Demand-Gen leadership on territory strategies, while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and CS to streamline deal flow.

  • Refine GTM playbooks, standardize commercial negotiation frameworks, and establish the operational foundations to expand into Enterprise accounts.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing, coaching, and scaling B2B SaaS Account Executives to consistently hit targets in Mid-Market or Enterprise segments.

  • Practical, hands-on expertise using MEDDPICC to evaluate deals, identify potential challenges early, and guide representatives through complex buying committees.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for deal strategy, participating in customer conversations, and structuring strong proposals.

  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments while demonstrating strong SaaS metrics, ROI modeling, and contract negotiation skills.

It would also be great if you have:

  • Experience in PropTech, Real Estate, FinTech, or highly regulated SaaS environments.

  • A track record of expanding leadership scope from Mid-Market into Enterprise tiers.

Our mission:

  • Two in five people in the UK rent their homes. Our mission? To provide them with the best renting experience in the world 🌎

  • We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution 🏠

  • Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,500 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 300+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission! 💚
