Shape global sales strategy
 

As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll drive PMS sales growth, build key accounts, and work with cross-functional teams to meet targets.
 

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Developing and executing key account strategies aligned with the broader Baker Hughes commercial plan to drive PMS growth.
  • Achieving and exceeding budgeted volume and margin targets for PMS products.
  • Building and maintaining a continuous pipeline of PMS sales opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of PMS opportunities across national and international markets.
  • Managing proposal generation processes and regional forecasts, ensuring realistic project pipelines and KPIs.
  • Developing and expanding the PMS client database and strengthening relationships to maximize volume opportunities.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for managing reports, forecasts, and data analysis.
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and close deals effectively.
  • Have Robust organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions quickly.
  • Have in-depth technical knowledge of LV & HV controls products, including Protection, Metering, Monitoring, Automation, and Control technologies.
  • Have experience in account management and building a continuous PMS sales pipeline across national and international markets.
