The Systems Engineering Manager will oversee engineering aspects of EPC projects, ensuring technical delivery, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams towards project goals.

Lead and execute internal control and compliance audits, manage the Internal Control Questionnaire, advise stakeholders on controls and processes, communicate findings, lead small audit projects, and coordinate multiple audits to strengthen financial integrity and governance.

Design, analyze, integrate, and test downhole electrical systems for wireline tools. Support development of telemetry, sensors, and power subsystems, perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, execute qualification testing, document technical findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, field-ready electronics for harsh environments.

Lead development of subsea XT products from requirements through design, testing, qualification and delivery. Create detailed CAD models/drawings, BOMs and calculations, manage schedules/budgets/risks, lead global teams, apply DFMA and GD&T, mentor engineers, and pursue new technologies and patents.

Lead negotiation, drafting, and management of complex commercial agreements; identify and mitigate contractual risks; coordinate multi-stakeholder engagement; ensure compliance with risk assessment procedures; administer proposals and contracts; collaborate with cross-functional teams and present risk mitigation to senior leadership.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will manage system engineering projects, develop system deliverables, ensure integration for performance, and communicate technical concepts across teams.
