Owns and oversees the Inquiry-to-Order process to drive profitable growth in the oil and gas sector. Evaluates deal risk, contractual terms, payment security, pricing, and profitability; develops regional commercial strategies; supports tenders and strategic opportunities; and collaborates with sales, engineering, legal, finance, supply chain, and product teams. The role also manages ITO-to-OTR transitions, commercial governance, compliance, and margin improvement initiatives.

Leads the development and global deployment of preventive quality systems across engineering, manufacturing, and operations. Establishes risk-based frameworks using APQP, FMEA, control plans, MSA, SPC, and Six Sigma. Drives defect prevention, problem solving, knowledge reuse, standardization, maturity assessments, and continuous improvement. Coaches global subject-matter experts, influences senior leadership, and leads quality transformation programs across varied manufacturing environments.

Lead and oversee the global KYC function, driving strategy, governance, and operational excellence. Manage KYC policies, vendor relationships, analytics, team performance, escalations, and stakeholder engagement to ensure risk-based due diligence and regulatory readiness across a multinational organization.
