Provide strategic legal and compliance advice across global operations, focusing on anti-bribery and corruption, AML, data privacy, fraud prevention, antitrust, third-party due diligence, investigations, transactions, and regulatory risk. Support privacy incidents, data subject requests, impact assessments, audits, training, policies, and cross-border matters while partnering with business leaders and managing compliance projects.

Twelve-month FP&A internship supporting SG&A and functional cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, dashboards, cost governance, and headcount reporting. The intern will use Excel, Power BI, and financial systems to analyze spending, identify efficiency opportunities, improve reporting processes, and provide insights to stakeholders. The role includes training, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, project delivery, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Develop and negotiate complex technical and commercial proposals for integrated well services and solutions. Assess commercial risk, ensure contract compliance, drive competitive pricing, and coordinate engineering, legal, finance, risk, and sales stakeholders. Manage tender documentation and major customer accounts while supporting business development planning across challenging, potentially multinational oil and gas markets.
