Searcys is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Sales & Events Executive to join our growing team.

This is a pivotal position combining business development, client relationship management, and event planning.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of outstanding events.

Job Description

Job Type: Full Time 

Competitive salary of £40,000 plus performance-related bonus

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events. This role is perfect for a sales-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in event sales and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, private, and brand sectors
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract completion
  • Develop tailored proposals and creative pitches that align with client briefs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning and delivery
  • Contribute to overall sales strategy and growth targets
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event sales within a high-end venue, hotel, or catering company.

• A strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• A passion for delivering exceptional events and client experiences.

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Knowledge of London’s events and hospitality market is an advantage.
